Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your items, but if you are unhappy we want to make it right!
Returns for Store Credit Only
All eligible returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at shopditsydaisyboutique@gmail.com with the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll provide the next steps.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
- Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, depending on availability. If your desired item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
